商业空间不好设计,也不容易出效果。原因是商品种类繁多,而销售者又恨不得将每一寸面积都用来展示自己的产品,因此在空间效果和产品销售之间相互拉扯,各不相让,从而两败俱伤。

Designers want architectural space with strong sense of design and tonality, sellers want practical space with the highest transaction rate, consumers want an easy-to-choose space that can be understood at a glance ... and what we want to create is a textured space where people will not hesitate to pay for their lifestyle when they walk in.
现在的shopping mall里的建材店的店铺设计基本是两个极端,一个是单纯为设计师情怀买单而老百姓看不懂的酷空间;一类是完全迎合销售者卖商品而铺陈的同质化严重的空间。既有卖相又有设计感的空间真的是不容易设计。
Nowadays, the shop design of building materials stores in shopping mall is basically two extremes. One is a cool space that simply pays for the designer's feelings and ordinary people can't understand; One is the space with serious homogenization that completely caters to sellers selling goods. It's really not easy to design a space that has a sense of design and looks good.
中庸之道是相互融合,相互陪衬,相互谦让。所以相互之间的量的把握是设计的关键。比如商品和店内空间的量的问题,灯光冷暖的量的控制,明暗变化的量的控制等等。

深圳金意陶·宝能第一空间店,在商场里面的铺位并不好,所以如何引起关注和辅助营销就面临更加严峻的挑战。这几年跟金意陶的合作,已经做了很多的探索,在深圳宝能店里我们再次尝试打破传统瓷砖店销售设计的壁垒。

In recent years, we have done a lot of exploration in cooperation with Jin Yitao. In Shenzhen Baoneng Store, we once again tried to break the barriers of traditional ceramic tile store sales design.
首先还是平面动线规划,我们将能够提供咖啡、茶饮的公共会客区扭转了45度角,作为空间的核心,也是闭环参观路线的起始点。为顾客提供休息,思考和沟通交流的放松空间。
First of all, the plane moving line planning, we will be able to provide coffee, tea and other public meeting areas to reverse the angle of 45 degrees, as the core of the space, but also the starting point of the closed-loop tour route. Provide customers with a relaxing space for rest, thinking and communication.
其次是如何让路过店面的消费者与店内产生互动,半遮半透、欲说还羞的效果,店面的实墙和虚空部分的比例关系的把握,退让关系的把握等等。

把原金意陶的标识的红色拉出店面,配合深灰色大面积底色,醒目异常。我们设计的金意陶“精神堡垒”——金小狮,可爱怡人,代表着佛陶精品。小小的金色金属logo在光源的照明下,精致而不失品牌高度。长长的入口通道拉满了仪式感,超大的LED屏震撼人心,让人产生一探究竟的兴趣。
Pull the red color of the original Jin Yitao logo out of the store, and match it with a large area of dark gray background color, which is striking. Golden Lion, the "spiritual fortress" of Jin Yitao designed by us, is lovely and pleasant, and represents a fine product of Buddhist pottery. Under the illumination of light source, the small golden metal logo is exquisite without losing the brand height. The long entrance passage is full of ritual, and the oversized LED screen is shocking, which makes people interested in finding out.
公共区域拉低照度与素材区形成鲜明的对比,再通过模拟间的过渡,使顾客一步一景,不同的区域产生不同的心里变化和诉求。
The low illumination in the public area is in sharp contrast with the material area, and then through the transition between simulations, customers can see one scene at a time, and different areas have different psychological changes and demands.
在整个店内的参观动线上怎么安排产品,怎么看,怎么停下来讨论,在哪里讨论......我们都做了精心的推敲,故而使得消费者流连忘返。
How to arrange products, how to look at them, how to stop and discuss them, and where to discuss them on the tour line in the whole store ...... We have done careful deliberation, which makes consumers linger.
一个好的店面设计不是为了网红而设计,更应该与社会接轨,与产品适应,与消费者之间建立起来一个相互信任和自愿合作的品质空间才是最重要的。
A good storefront design is not designed for online celebrity, but should be in line with the society, adapt to the products, and establish a quality space of mutual trust and voluntary cooperation with consumers.
